Owner. Director/Director of Photography.

Dustin James Leighton is an accomplished American Voice Actor, Director/DP, and marketing strategist with a deep understanding of storytelling across visual and commercial platforms. Born and raised in Arizona, Dustin began his career in performance, studying at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. His early journey took him to New York City, where he worked his way up from a work-study janitor at Broadway Dance Center to landing his first major theatrical role as David in Torch Song Trilogy, earning his AEA card and a spot on ICM’s elite Voiceover roster as one of their youngest-ever talents.

Dustin’s voice has since become a recognizable brand asset—he's featured as Autobot Evac in Transformers: The Ride 3Dand has represented powerhouse companies like Tresemmé, Fandango, and McDonald’s. He was the voice of Fox Sports for six years and has been heard across major networks including MTV, VH1, and HBO. By June 2022, he celebrated his 7,500th voiceover session—each one a testament to his ability to translate brand messages into emotional resonance.

His on-camera experience and time spent working with directors like Michael Bay and Timothy Busfield sparked a natural evolution into visual marketing. In 2019, Dustin refined his cinematography craft under industry legends Larry Sher (Joker, The Hangover) and Wally Pfister (Inception, The Dark Knight), training at the elite ASC Masterclass in Los Angeles.

Today, Dustin is the Founder and Creative Director of Finding You Pictures, a boutique media and marketing firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He leads brand-focused video campaigns for clients across the U.S., leveraging cinematic storytelling and data-driven strategy to help businesses grow their visibility and impact.

In addition to his commercial work, Dustin remains committed to community development through Headshots and Cold Brews and Acting and Cold Brews, initiatives designed to support emerging talent in the arts.

Dustin brings a marketer’s mind and a filmmaker’s eye to every frame.
