2. Set-up your Gusto account for payroll. Email our accountant Tonetta (tonetta@profitableaccountingsolutions.com) the following:

   Hi Tonetta,

   My name is ____. I am joining the FYP team and was told to email you about setting-up my Gusto payroll. Please let me know what I can do to help.

   NOTE 1: You will be receiving a request from Gusto’s automated email server. Occasionally, they hit the ‘junk’ folder. Be sure to add it to your contacts, as it’ll also be the email address notifying you of your payment, which occurs bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th.

   NOTE 2: Only email Tonetta to set-up payroll. All other future accounting questions should be sent to Dustin unless otherwise directed.

3. Purchase the required wardrobe items. Please see below for more info.

4. Log Your Hours. Download the app Quickbooks Workforce to log your hours (there is also a desktop version). It’s pretty straightforward, just clock in when you arrive on set and clock out when you leave. Before each payment, Dustin will review everyone’s hours incase of any discrepancies, but it is on you to track them.
